Hello. I am a guy 35 years old and I have a father that already had one heart attack. I know that he should be careful of what he eat and how he live in order to live healthy. There are also other risk factor involved. I do not know them, and I would like to. Maybe if someone of you knows something, he could help me perhaps?
There are quite a few isolated risk factors that contribute to cardiac diseases. Those risk factors are age (above 63), male gender, smoking, high pressure and cholesterol, diabetes obesity, alcohol and lack of activity. All those are almost even. Some of those risks you can not avoid, but some you can. Hope I helped.
