Hi Guys, I am 27yrs old and i have a pretty broad structure. My height is 5.3'' and my weight is 185 lbs.I have gained a lot of weight in the last 3 years. Lots of work, family issues and my eating while being depressed have all being a great contributors to my obesity. Now when i started doing my cardio a little 3 weeks before , i am feeling a pain in my right knee. I love running and used to run a lot before but that has become a problem now. Can anyone please tell me how i can kickstart my run or any cardio which will help me loose weight.
