Hey there where are you from? It could mean several things it could be tuberculosis it could be sarcoidosis could be a whole host of other things some are severe some are nothing to worry about. The doctor should tell you if you want you come back in for more testing

Is there something I should worry about? What will happen if ever i didn't make a follow up chck up? because the doctor dont tell me to do so.
Well the fact that you do not know exactly what is causing it should make you concerned. It could be something serious or it could be nothing to worry about. I would go back to your doctor to try and figure out exactly what is causing it.
