What do you think that I should take to keep myself regular, Metamucil or Citrucel?? I purchased Citrucel and tried it but it gave me a lot of gas so now Iām thinking to try Metamucil. Which one is better and which one should I use? Thanx.
They both will give you gas and what you should do is first to lower the dosage (until the gases significantly reduce) and then slowly start increasing it. You must give some time for your body to adapt to it. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water. Hope this helps.
