It isn't "sperm" it's pre-ejaculate which is manufactured by the Cowper's gland. It's similar to the lubricant found in the women's vagina when she is aroused. It's purpose is to de-acidify the urethra (urine is acidic) so that the sperm won't be damaged when they are discharged during orgasm. It also acts as a lubricant to make passage of the sperm easier, and also helps lubricate the vagina to add in love-making.

hey im a 16 year old boy and a few times ive had a little sharp pain when i pee only just i was having a piss and i was having quite sharp pains that were discomforting and when i peeling the foreskin back there was a clear gel like substance and when i wiped it it formed a line even tho it was all over the place on my penis... after that i now feel abit ill and weird can anybody help me? ive never had sex so i know it isnt an STD or anything and i really dont want to tell my parents about this! can someone help me asap?

Many of you had complained about a blister at the end of the penis. I too had this back in November last year, and again today. So I finally figured out what caused it! When I got the unusual clear discharge last year, the doc gave me "Betacycline" anti-biotics.

I recall it giving me side effects, so I changed to another anti-biotic after a few days. When I saw the doc to get the new anti-biotics, I had already got this blister on my penis, however the doc didn't know what caused it.

I have the flu this week, maybe a chest infection, so I decided to start taking my Betacycline from last year, and after 1 1/2 days (3x2 captules), I started getting an itching penis, and a blister at the end! Hello there; I'm also been having the same situation as what you guys been through, it started around Tuesday last week, I've begin to mastubated on my own which I've not been doing for weeks. Two weeks before that I've made blood checks for HIV & other STD as well (NO EXPOSURE RISK: No Oral, skin contact or sexual intercourse). The result was NEGATIVE for all. The next day after the masturbation, I am having discomfort underneath my tummy, just above the groin, I persumed due the cum leftover. I began to thoroughly rinse the irritated area along with my genital area with liquid soap. Then the irritation subside after few hours, but my penis head (glan) began to feel irritated particularly at the left side apart from the uretheral opening. The next day, I began to have the transparent discharge on the tip of my penis. At first it was somehow mucus like in terms of its viscousity, i began to panic, i began to milk it out with hope that it was only usual leftover of unsecreted liquid from my penis. Unfortunately, after milking it out and wiping it with tissue, the liquid seems to be present at the tip and somehow secreted when milking it out. I began to check for any if my condition on the net, first I thought it was Gonorrhea, but then I realised my condition is more into chlamydia like symptoms. today its been 2 weeks after what I've been experiencing with my penile discharge.. I still having the urge to urinate after half and hour or so of drinking. The transparent discharge tend to appear after Urination And defacation. i think its getting improved compared to what I've been experiencing before, the pain on the glan began to deplete.
