I seem to be having the same problem - clear sticky stuff at the end, and extra urine to leak out in the following 5 mins. I have read the previous comments, and a lot are saying after sex - im 14, and I haven't had sex at all in my life. Any ideas??
Hello there. have you manage to settle your problem? I still have the discharge till today. The same thing, after urination or defacation. Now I have joint pain stiffness, occasionally can't move my foot properly due to swelling on and off for weeks. My physician still ignored my concern of having possible NGU due to non existence of sexual activities include oral sex and so on. Unfortunately I've been suffering a lot. Now having bacterial conjunctivitis that I've possibly got from getting in contact with my genital while taking shower. I'll probably be taken for eye swab, hopefully..I'll also be having my testes ultrasound within this month soon. Hopefully, my physician is right about my baseless NGU scare. I've been having this question in mind, none have answered it till this day. Do 'Over' self masturbation do cause all this? Really appreciate anyone who willing to share their experience about this..
Hi Everyone. I have had chronic prostatitus since I was 23 I am now 53. This is when the prostate enlarges and can make urinating slow to start or stop/start. It can also lead to not clearing out all of the urine which can lead to bladder infection possible signs are cloudyness/milky urine and some soreness usually inch or so from the end.
Clear sticky gel is also from the prostate. Often occurs after just ending passing urine or if you force yourself for a number 2. it is presure on the prostate as it is made up of tiny pockets which become blocked. Putting it nicely if I have not had sex or a little play for 4/5/6 days I can feel irritation and almost certain the gel will appear soon after as you get a sensation in your prostate (near bum hole bluntly)
My urologist said make sure you ejaculate every few days and it does help but dont overdue it. I am on long term medication and every now and again I have to have a camera down my bits, its not nice but if you have it done on a general and ask for some local anathetic gel to be left in uretha after then when you first go to the toilet its easily bearable.

I'm not a doctor but consulted my grandfather who was a herbalist and he asked me if I do masturbate or have sexual intercourse? he told me that my body and brains are over producing extra semen which rather than being discharged through wet dreams, it comes out after urinating and most likely you'll get stomach and penis pains... Just had my ultrasound just now specifically on my pelvic area and testes. Unfortunately, based on the physician conducting the ultrasound: there's nothing abnormal that lead to the discharge. He asked whether I had any pain while urination, frequency and occasion when having the discharge followed by my sexual past. I stick with my story which is, I have not done any kind of promiscuous activities beside self masturbation. He reiterate that in my case, it definitely astound him that I was not given any long term antibiotics for all these weeks while waiting for the ultrasound diagnostic. Just came back from reviewing my ultrasound result from my physician, according to the result: they have found 5mm ston. I'm not quite sure whether it is a kidney stone or what. My physician is referring to a urologist. No medication been given, pertaining to my joint swelling, conjunctivitis (no redness) (no discharge present during meet up), clear penile discharge. I requested for eye specialist referal, ignored due to absence of redness and so on, Though, I really feel my eye still having gritty, watery, mucoid discharge occasionally especially after sleep especially morning. I've been tested all thru the board and have a clean bill of health. 2 Ultra sounds of kidneys and testicles as well as bladder. SYMPTOMS: Last year, I had a severe kidney infection (fever and all) I was given a shot in the buttocks (GOHD IT WAS PAINFUL) and one pill, the symptoms quickly went away. No discharge but sticky substance, sometimes closed head and pain in shaft. Testicles may sometimes ache.
This year around the same time (ironic or not?) symptoms of last years kidney episode began to show itself again. Due to the painful experience I quickly visited the doctor in order to prevent a reoccurrence. However, I was given stuff for UTI, that didnt work, I was given Cipro, that did nothing and when I visited Urgent Care, was told that nothing was serious (though my kidneys and back ached) and was given Doxy for 7 days. Things seemed to clear things up. However, As soon as I stopped about two days later, symptoms are starting to return. Anything sound familiar to you? Thanks in advance for any advice.
