had this issue a while back, still have it but some tips: after masturbation squeeze everything out n then go to the toilet and you'll naturally want to piss. after this do the same procedure of squeezing and draining the tube. then i usually put a bit of tissue in there to catch any leakage. The clear sticky substance is the same as semen just without sperm in it (precum), and gets left there when u dont clear the tube after jacking - the 'watery stuff' is probs cos you're jacking it too often so ur sperm count is very little in your semen or it's precum which is the body's natural lubricant. dont bother telling your parents just squeeze it out properly after every piss and if u need to put toilet paper down there, and just make sure u follow what i said for after masturbation. cum is made up of sperm and the watery stuff u said so even if u cant product sperm, the problem will still happen with the watery sh*t. The 3 spots or whatever, those are normal too, for uncircumcised guys, because sex is really focused on that area. I can’t say I had the dots, but the feeling of wetness on the tip of my penis I had also. No other pain. I have had this 2 other times. I think it was misdiagnosed as urinary track infection and prostate infection. I also was tested for all STDs. The cure for me has been ciprofloxacin, antibiotic, twice a day for 7 days. 500mg. The feeling literally went away after 2 hours of first dose.
