Hi, my age is 24 i am a working woman. Couple of days back i noticed that some hard clot like thing is being in both my breast. And it is bigger than what i was having earlier. Yes i got small clots before also but when i get check for it my doctor said that it is because of my irregular periods, then after some days its got vanish but again i notice it and this time they are big. So i am worried, my periods were also irregulat this time so this time also is it the same reason or something else.
Please anyone can suggest what should i do or any remedy on it.

there is no way around this - you will need to see an ob-gyn and possibly do a mammography (breast imaging) to specifically determine what these clot-like things in your breasts are. They could be related to your disturbed hormonal balance and could be completely benign fat tissue deposits (my very good friend had one, and the procedure to remove it is very simple), but especially if you have a cancer history in your family, you need to make sure that these bumps or clots are not cancerous. I know it's frightening, but if detected early, like in your case, even breast cancer could be completely cured,
