I'm 21 and I noticed that my pee is sometimes cloudy. Its been going on like this for almost three years. Theres no pain, or burning, it happens usually after sex or masterbation. Sometimes after i wake up in the morning.
Its not cloudy the whole time while urinating, just towards the end.
Is there anyone else experiencing this, and could you tell me whats going on?

It is possible that you are experiencing a retrograde ejaculation...that is, that some of the semen is being forced backwards into the bladder, but that's not a complete explanation.
I wouldn't worry about it if it is giving you no pain and no other symptoms.
However, at your next phsyical, you might mention your observation to your family doctor. Perhaps he has some insight....
