Yep. I have the same thing too!

I never had them until I started having sex and only noticed them about 7-8 months ago. I've had 2 pap tests since then and my doctor said I was healthy.

I notice that I'm quite itchy sometimes (especially after sex or friction), my discharge has become a little thicker and whiter, my vaginal glands have been freaking out and hardening, and a cluster of 50 tags have formed mainly on my left side. They look like itty-bitty, pink skin tags and some even have a thin enough stalk that they can be removed easily and painlessly either by itching or pinching.

I have a bit of a history of yeast infections (2 cases within 2 years), but both have been treated and cleared up.

I am worried that they are warts, but they don't seem to have that same cauliflower look!

Any ideas? I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one. :/

I have this exact same thing...in fact I just had sex with my bf last night and today I am a little uncomfortable "down there". Although I don't have any discharge, I am a little itchy. I don't think they are warts. My current bf is wonderful when I told him about these. He didn't freak out or anything, but did get himself an STD test which has come back negative for the 3 years we've been together. My STD tests have also come back negative. I've been told they are harmless and could be anything from sweat pimples to ingrown hairs. I'm happy to see that I'm not the only one with this problem :)

First of all, getting checked out for all the STIs is something you should do if you are sexually active anyways - it is the responsible thing to do, both for you AND your partner (s).

However, there are a lot of pore-clogging substances, like your normal vaginal discharge and the sebum (oil) released from the pores down there, that could be causing little white bumps. I have little white clogged pores everywhere down under, and I've tested negative for everything. I have also had unrelated yeast infections that cause itchiness.

It is possible that a new lubricant, your partner's semen, or even just an increase of your own lubrication mixed with additional friction is causing more clogged pores than usual.

Basically, as long as you test negative for HPV, I wouldn't worry about it.

That is really weird! I have the same thing...its like bunch of whiteheads clustered together...almost resembles like chicken skin or something. I also get like a little discharge daily. There is a little odor as well... Its pretty embarassing. But, im pretty sure its not an STD cuz im not sexually active. I'm thinking maybe its a yeast infection. I have actually had this since I have been like 14, but I have just lately been trying to diagnose it...someone give me some input!

I have white bumps to, and when I press them white discharge comes out. I asked my gyno about it and he said that it was part of the vaginal structure, that some women have them and some dont. So im sure its nothing to worry about

Hope this helps :)

I have the same thing! I got it checked out a couple of years ago and the doctor said it was nothing serious and they would eventually pop. But now two years later they seemed to have spread and grown larger.. I am so embarrassed about it, it is really affecting my self-esteem. I really want it to just go! Does anybody know if there is some surgery to get rid of it?

Always get checked of course, but I dont think the little white pin like bumps on the clitoris or labia are anything to worry about. You have sweat glands down there try washing with a soap that has salycilic acid.

ive had them for as long as i can remember. when i asked my gyno to look down there she said everything looks normal, even after i pointed out the white bumps. so i guess its just the way some of us are. the thing is for the longest time i believed it was puss because i found out you can pop them like zits. a white, hard substance comes out of them when you do.

My girlfriend has a similar thing on her vagina...but the bumps are brown or skin colored and right on the sides of the top of the labia. One GYN told her it was normal, another told her it wasn't hpv...and another sort of ignored us while I was there with her. She has had a bunch of paps and std tests and everything came back negative, so I have no idea what it is.

So, I also have a "cluster" of white bumps on either side of the vaginal opening. I noticed them maybe a few weeks to a month ago. They aren't itchy or anything like that, but I've been worried that they might be genital warts. I haven't had sex in like 7 months or so. I've been trying to look up pictures of what I might have but so far I haven't found anything that looks like what I have. I did find something that was called Fordyce's spot.
