Hi, my friend is 45 years old and he is suffering from depression since his wife died several months ago. He had completely changed since that accident happened and he became completely different man. It takes me much time to make him to visit his doctor and now he is in dilemma if he would chose cognitive therapy or medication Lexapro.
Hi, I think that there is no real dilemma in deed. I would suggest your friend to start with Lexapro which is very good and he may take it only one pill per day. After he feels better he may start with cognitive therapy too and with time he will stop using Lexapro. I think it is the best way for him.
