One night ago my boyfriend and I were messing around. I had my underwear on while he had his boxers on. He was very erect. I was laying on my stomach while he was on top of me for maybe a minute. All he did was rub his erection on the back part of my underwear. I'm just curious to know if it's possible that pre-cum could have soaked through his boxers and through my underwear. And if it did what would be the chances that I could get pregnant, I am not on birth control so if I took an emergency contraceptive would that completely take away the chance that I could become pregnant?

Sperm would need to get INTO your vagina, not just near it. If you were both clothed then that seems pretty unlikely.
Chances are fairly low.
An emergency contraceptive would be "over reacting" at this point.
