What are the chances of someone getting pregnant considering the following: 1) Spermicidal condom was used, 2) It slipped off but was replaced right away (never ejaculated until later with the 2nd condom) and 3) It wasn't too far inside, was easy to pull out, and didn't flip over (not that it would've mattered much since ejaculation wasn't nearly reached with the first condom).
