Hi I too have had the same problem with severe nausea and a feeling of fullness. I am having tests and feel absolutely awful. Recently I read about cabbage and it's healing effects on the gut and how it helps nausea. I was so desperate that I boiled some cabbage in a little water and sipped the water. Within half an hour there was an improvement. You can also juice the raw cabbage but only drink a little of that. I am still drinking the cabbage water a few times each day and I feel so much better. It's worth a try !!

No no no! Premenopausal women have estrogen dominance. This is balanced by PROGESTERONE. Jesus, the last thing a premenopausal woman needs is more estrogen.

These are all symptoms of ovarian cancer also! I encourage you all to go get seen by your obgyn immediately!
If that is negative thank your lucky stars and head to a GI doc for an endoscopy to rule out hiatal hernia, Barrets, and eoe. If that's negative dizzy and nausea can come from the brain stem time for a head CT. This is NOT normal peri or menopausal symptoms.

Me too, but I might address this with prayer first. Seek medical attention my sister. Sounds similar to the symptoms of an initial vertigo attack I suffered 12 + years ago too.

This is probably far too late however your medication regime and symptons (particulalry Iron deficient anemia and U Colitiis) suggest B12d/Pernicious Anemia.

I had the EXACT problem. Lost weight 200lb to 152lb in 3 months, couldn't eat to look at food made me sick. When I lied down I felt nausea and like I had gas. For 3 months I was treated for h pylori, 3 different antibiotics, even spent the night in E R with heart monitor on, nothing found. Then I started throwing up real bad called the ambulance and went to ER this time Dr. decided to do heart cath. WELL I HAD the Widow maker had 5% left had open heart surgery replaced 4 valves. My point is I was not having symptoms of a  heart attack , Plus the Dr. said more people are telling him the same things, No chest pains and the true signs of having a heart attack. A lady friend of mine just had a pace maker put in and she didn't have the signs of a heart attack. Don't fool around get it checked out. Blood test will show if having heart troubles, they check my blood (fasting) every 6 months. Good Luck

I have no idea if the original poster (OP) or even those replying have gotten answers, and I am no physician, but have a background in pathology and finding links. I experienced these symptoms off and on for years - was told I needed to take Paxil, but I was otherwise just fine. Blood tests, urinalysis, everything typically run. Please check your blood work and compare to norms. In particular, check CALCIUM. If it’s even SLIGHTLY high, even right at the top/upper limit, check your Vitamin D next. Is it on the lower end of normal? Consider reading up on hyperparathyroid disease and seeing your doctor for a parathyroid hormone level. This is not thyroid disease, but PARAthyroid disease. If calcium is even a tad high - it’s wrong. It should NEVER be high, even what doctors will say is “eh, not that high” - NO NO NO. Even a little, start digging into this. Vitamin D is then sometimes low. Parathyroid hormone levels should then, ad a result, be LOW, not “normal”, and definitely not high, because with high calcium your parathyroid glands should STOP secreting parathyroid hormone (which regulates blood calcium). Hyperparathyroidism can be the culprit for these things - it was for me: after YEARS, I had a large and old parathyroid tumor removed and am finally experiencing relief and healing post-op. At least check into it! It’s not an uncommon condition, but it IS misunderstood and overlooked by many doctors.
