I'm 24 years old and have had these same symptoms off and on for a few years. I get nausea, my head starts feeling cruddy, stomach upset and then diarrhea.

When I was 17 I had these issues but I also got horrible continuous migraines and for about a year we looked into everything. Turned out it was my birth control- one of the hormones doesn't agree with me. Stopped taking birth control, stopped being sick. But I've still had this off and on, no migraines though, and the last 2 months it has been non-stop. I've had blood tests done, a camera in my stomach, stopped drinking energy drinks, not on any birth control and it's still happening. No idea what it is.

The answer is simple. You have IBS, most definitely. I suffer from severe IBS since I was about 8 yrs old, and the symptoms that lead to the testing / conclusion of this diagnosis were the same as of which you're experiencing. I can't believe a Dr. hasn't diagnosed you with this already. Crazy. Hope you feel better.

I had the exact same symptoms, Ive had a ton of tests done, all without any useful results. Ive had a colonoscopy, endoscopy, blood, tests, ultrasounds, allergy tests, x rays, been prescribed every pill for nausea, and nothing worked. After food allergy tests came up negative, I still decided to cut out different food groups for a few months at a time. I cut out gluten and ever since, I feel much better. My mom has celiac disease, I have been tested for it, but its negative. However it is possible to have an intolerance which will never show up on any test. The only way to find out is to cut out that food from your diet.

I don't know if any of you still check this but I have pretty much every single problem that has been listed during this discussion. I feel horrible in the morning as well as sometimes the rest of the day. I've been to the doctors and was told I have IBS because they could find no other problem. This last 2 months I have felt unbelievable good though. It all started about a month after I started takin LIMU. Check it out if you haven't already. It was recommended to me by someone who had very similar issues as me. It takes between 2 weeks to a month to experience all the benefits but it has made my life loveable again. I can go out with my husband without having to go to the bathroom every 10 minutes. I seriously suggest you try it out because can honestly say it is working for me and I have seen it work for several others with the same problems as well.

I have had very similar symptoms as most of you in this post. There were several mornings where I woke up with diarrhea, followed by nausea and stomach discomfort.  My appetite would go downhill and I would feel miserable after eating something light.  I would spend the rest of the day gagging and sometimes even dry heaving.  I thought I had food poisoning from the dinner I had the night before.  However, food poisoning would come a lot faster, wouldn't it?

I still experience this once in a while.  I have spoken to my doctor about this before and was told it was due to acid reflux and anxiety.  Would it cause the symptoms I have above?  I have never had heartburn before nor do I feel stressed.  I will be seeing my doctor again next month and plan to do several tests.  However, I am not too sure what to check for.  Any suggestions?

I hope by now you are better and healed. If for some reason you experience many of these symptoms , and have had stool tests for parasites and those have come back negative - and any other tests and you still have no anwers: have any of you with these symptoms, had the series of 3 Gardasil shots ? Some people have had adverse reactions. Some of these adverse reactions can be various forms of dysautonomia, some of which manifest in the type of symptoms you describe. If still relevant to your situation i suggest you search My Son’s Gardasil Story and Thiamine Deficiency, and Post Gardasil Dysautonomia: Nina’s Story.

This is exactly what I have been going through since I was 13. Literally - exactly. I have had an endoscopy and colonoscopy. I have sent my stool to labs like three times. I have been on several antispasmatic and acid indigestion medication. I have been on several different SSRI's. I have had an ultrasound and a catscan and still no doctor knows what's wrong with me. I am a 22 year old female and can't explain how crazy your comment was because it's my issue verbatim. Also, I have been to two gastro's and even went to a gastro at Johns Hopkins. Nobody knows what's wrong besides this ridiculous thing called IBS. I get my anxiety from this sickness. Not the other way around. Also, it's not just intestinal my insides all over my torso feel awful all the time. I have lost all faith and honestly don't wanna live any more. The sad thing is I'm a pretty young girl and I feel like I'm wasting away.
