I have this and only anti histamine are helping me get through every day. First it started with throat irritation, and then it just stuck to coughing out this sticky stringy phlegm transparent. I finally found the cause when I looked at my rooms walls. It's literally some strange wall mold, white color. My walls are made up of concrete. I had doubts it's causing my allergies. Never had one before. I went out for 10 days, and while I was out i noticed my symptoms lessened. And when I came back I saw how much the mold had grown throwing away some white stuff on the ground. Could be plaster or spores. So check if you got mold fungus anywhere, like furniture or walls. Exterminate it. See if things improve after that. God bless.

I agree with you. People don't realize this but Klaus schwab runs the world and sits stuff in motion all part of his agenda

Sounds familiar. See a very good pulmonologist, your infection may be bacteria in your lungs. Mine was.

FIXED MY PROBLEMS.
An Anesthesiologist irritated my throat during hip surgery and then I threw up and stomach acid got onto the irritation and my throat almost closed shut. Thick mucus in my throat would choke me numerous times per day and night. My doctor did six throat dilations over the next two months and had me on Protonix ( Pantropazole) for two months to prevent stomach acid from moving up my esophagus. I was extremely nauseous from the medication and hence didn't eat and hardly drank. My weight went from 144lbs down to 110 pounds. I told my doctor to get me off of the medication and he did. I put two bricks stacked under the legs of my headboard to raise it about 5 inches. This incline kept stomach acid from rising up my esophagus. Just like thinning out cake batter with more water, I drank copious amounts of apple juice so that I wasn't dehydrated, and my mucus became thinner. Dehydration causes thick mucus. Get the one apple juice which supplies 6% of potassium and 80% vitamin C like Seneca Apple Juice. Don't take products like Musinex, which only hides the problem. Getting off the medicines caused me to not be nauseous and I could eat again. Drinking apple juice fixed my dehydration problem so that I could swallow properly again. It worked for me, and I hope these suggestions work for you.

All of your problems are most likely caused by candida and the biofilm it leaves behind in your oral cavity. Research says almost everyone is infected with it because of high sugar intake. I also have this problem and I am unable to get rid of it.

Have you stopped sugar. I’ve had the same thing for years, doc’s put me on allergy meds as well as acid reflux meds. However a few years back I went low carb and stopped all sugar except fruits. My acid reflux went away after about 6 months as well as the mucous problem that kept me from sleeping(I literally wake up choking). I read some stuff about candida and expect that’s the culprit. I was mucous free for about two years and then I slowly started back eating sugar until now it’s a regular part of my day. All of those symptoms came back as well. I haven’t tried quitting sugar again to see if it will work again, (im a sugar junky) but I really need to. I hope this helps.

I had horrible, stringy mucous for a year and a half after a "cold". I was diagnosed with post nasal drip a year ago. I looked into remedies for post nasal drip. There is a product called AlKalol. It comes in a nasal spray and a liquid and you can use it in a netti pot. It thinned the mucous. I learned that post nasal drip is caused by Candida in the throat. I sleep propped up and I don't eat after 5:00. I tried a no sugar diet for 8 months. It did not make a difference. I did lose some weight though when I quit the sugar. I am basically a healthy eater and in good health otherwise. I take no medications and never have. I am not overweight. I am much better now after months of using the Alkolol and essential oils for post nasal drip, but it is not gone. I have been using a European product that is a combination of essential oils that you breath in thru the mouth. It really helps. I am now trying a parasite cleanse even though I know Candida is a fungus and I will be trying horseradish. These remedies have helped significantly. I can sleep better without the fear of choking. I also find that chewing gum gets me thru the day. My best advise is to look into post nasal drip and Candida in the throat.

I was away from my recliner for a week when I returned it was covered in white (and pale green).
I've been severely sick for 3 years. Stringy phlegm is the least of my health problems. I think I'm dying as I waste away

The presence of white and pale green substance on your recliner could be due to mold or mildew growth, which can be harmful to your health, especially if you have respiratory issues. If you suspect that there is mold in your home, it is important to have it inspected and removed by a professional.

It is also important to address your weight loss and other symptoms as they may be indicative of a serious medical condition that requires prompt treatment. I strongly recommend you to see a healthcare provider as soon as possible to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

Every morning there is thick string of phlegm (it is some type of STREP BACTERIA there 25 types of strep) IT is very hard to cough out, actually seems impossible.

Feels Like it HIDES IN A POCKET in the back of my throat as I’m trying to cough or gargle it out.

I found a TRICK TO GET IT OUT. When I wake up, first thing it’s unbearable, so annoying I put a small about of water in my mouth, not cold this seems to tighten the throat too much. I tilt my head back about 45 degrees and let the water slowly slide down my throat (not swallowing).

The water goes down just to the “pocket” where this bastard is hiding. lol! and I rock my body side to side letting gravity move the water over the stuck spot in my throat. I can kinda tell if I hit the right area.

The key for me is to relax and be patient the more I try to force it out the more stuck it feels (like right now because I was impatient and I also used too much water and forgot to take in enough air before I slid the water down. Which made me go faster because I needed to breath.
