Ok, I'm not sure if it's psychological, but "tapping" made the sensation we are all feeling subside immediately. I think it's stress/anxiety related, causing the nerve at the end of the penis to tighten up. My marriage is going through a rough time, and my job is unsatisfying and stressful. I often feel anxiety, and have wanted to mediate for a while. EFT (tapping) is like a mini meditation while stimulating some pressure points. Google it for specifics. As I finish writing this, I can feel the sensation returning, but now I have no doubt the tapping provided relief.

Hi guys

I have successfully cured it

My symptoms
Tingling at base of penis after masturbation

I was freaked and even went into depression

I found an awesome doctor who prescribed me
Levazeo &
Pregalin 75

And in its first week it was gone.
And now after 1 and half month.. Its normal and there is no tingling

I figured that we guys had some kind of nerves related problem..

Talk to your doc about this prescription

Hopefully works out for you guys too

My thoughts exactly, bothers me most when the IBS flairs up. Stopped eating too much bread and started taking probiotics again. But still have it come and go but usually after a meal with bread. Starting to figure out how to manage it. Always associated with tightness in the lower abdomen or bowels.

Okay im a 34 year ild male obviously...the thing which your describing sounds like a problem that i have had on loads of occasions. You may think this is fulger or rude but i found that certain medication that i have been taking was one of the faults also beleive it or not....not fully emptying yourself during intercourse or masturbation..... I would check symptoms or reactions to possibke medication your taking. Hope this helps guys...

hi, i had this a few years ago which drove me batsh*t crazy, wierd feeling in the tip of the penis, prickling sensation or a clenching. No signs of infection, no pain when peeing, etc then it went away on it's own after a few months. Last week (after a particularly heavy bout of sex (!)) it started coming back again so after a tonne of googling I think I hit on the answer. It's possibly either prostatitis, or a damaged \ compressed nerve as described here: http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/pudendal-neuralgia/Pages/Introduction.aspx

I noticed it kicks off when i've been sitting down for long periods (i work in an office) and goes away if im standing up or lieing down in bed. One thing I'm trying is tensing my sphincter muscles 10 times to see if that helps stimulate the prostate and encourage the nerve to get released.

My advice to any other dude suffering this is to make sure you drink plenty of water, pee standing up (im lazy and tend to sit down which gives me a chance to think away from my desk), try the tensing exercises (10 times, every hour) and hang in there! your not going crazy. We all tend to freak out if something goes wrong with 'our little chap' down there so dont worry, your not alone. If the stress gets too much I take Bachs remedy for the anxiety and paracetamol to dull the sensation. This helps my head get itself back on solid footing. If that doesnt help drop by your Doc and get them to check you over, I've already had a prostate exam (all good) but something like this can be incredibly difficult to treat \ diagnose.

All the best guys.

I couldn't agree with this more, in my case i developed weird sensations following a rough hand job that freaked me out. Got tested for G, C and HSV which came back all clear, however i was rubbing it clean with fresh water every-time i went for a pee and twice a day in warm salt water, checking it at every opportunity and driving myself crazy. As Im uncircumcised and already had a sensitive glans this irritated it even more, (its not used to being that clean \ dry) The stress feeds back on itself and i've had two gp's say the same thing, that it's in my head (which i dismissed) as there is no sign of infection at all and its been nearly two months since this started. I had something similar years ago (also caused my genital related stress when i found what i thought was a lump down there) which wasn't as bad but had me running to the GP for std tests which all came back blank, As it stands i've cut out the constant washing to once every two days by retracting the foreskin whilst in the shower and just letting warm water run over the glans and leaving it at that. Also by keeping track in a log i can check how bad it gets and if there are any triggers. Stress is a definite one which unfortunately has a habit of setting it off, but since I backed off it feels less angry, yet not as it once was.
