Constant tingling in penis

I have had this tingling odd sensation at the tip of my penis. It came on a few days after an unprotected bj from some random girl. I have since had this sensation for 8 weeks. I have been tested for trich,gono,clm all neg. I also seem to have some slight pain on my lower left side of my abdomen (this may be anxiety related) and lower back pain that I have previously had as I work constuction. It seems an awful lot of people have similar syptoms to no common denominator otherwise. So once I have a complete std test done at 3m I think i will rule that out completely and move on to either muscle related or comp an anxiety issue. If anyone has got any solid answers please post.

I have a similar situation. I feel and almost electrical vibration in the tip of the penis. I'm 51 years old and have had this for about eight years now. Doctors treat me as if I'm crazy.

Anybody knows how to treat this pain. Been having this feeling for the pass couple days..... I scare and stress outtt

I have been suffering from this from last 16 months without clear diagnosis. Beside tip of urethra I also have tingling on left part of my pubic bones/prostate (they have also found some calcification on left part of my prostate but told that could not be cause of my problems) and pressure in my bladder which lead to frequent urination with very weak stream. No std or any bacteria have been found and I have done more then I should unpleasent swab test. Also done uretrocytocopy where they told me I have little high bladder neck and on uyrodinamic study I could not contract my detrustor when they filled my bladder but thats is more from anxiety and general discomfort situation which again noone should be put into. Before all this started I have been suffering from IBS and IBS I belived I got from doing mdma drug one night in amsterdam some 19 months ago. Before all that I was healty 30year sportman now I'm stuffed with that tingling feeling which is sometimes acompanied with burning sensation after urination only on left side of my pubic bone. In the same time I feel strange sensation on bone above my left butt.

I tried all sort of medications and only thing tht helps is Tamsol/Tamsulosin/Flomax (someone mention that here before but it is only temporary solution with bad side effects) which works in the way it relax muscle of bladder and prostate but it also lower your blood pressure and you can not ejaculate through urethra, when you ejaculate on those meds your sperm goes directly into bladder (retrograde ejdaculation) so issue is deffintly related to nerv/muscle around prostate....I have read about pedundal nerve entrapment but here in my country no one is specialiazed in that field. I'm really starting to lose all hope that the things will ever get better, I'm not owereight actualy I'm pretty skiny and can do all sort of flex and splits with my body and yoga ( I was professional taekwondo athlete before all this started) and none of those really helped....there is also possibility for operation and incision of bladder neck but that too is not garanted that will relive of unpleasent feeling plus it will again leave you with retrograde ejaculations.

I would sold my soul tomorrow just to get rid of those sensations

I'm in the same boat. My wife has abnormal cells in her cervix. We found out about a month ago. That's about the same time my tingling sensation began. From your post I'd imagine I have the same issue.

I have been experiencing this for about 2 weeks.
I had unprotected sex with a coworker, and halfway through, I kinda wasn't into it because I thought "oh sh*t, I'm not wearing anything" but continued with a semi boner.
3 days later I feel this tingling feeling at the base of My penis, I pay to get checked out, and everything came back negative.
I personally think and agree that it may be nerve damage from trying to f**k with a semi.
Also I liked to masterbate, and noticed that it stopped being a sleep aid, jacked off like 3/4 times one day and whole penis tingled.
So, I've chosen to take a masterbation break and see how that works. I'm vegetarian, but dow drink sporadically, so I'll keep all I've heard in Mind.
I'm naturally fit, but gonna start working out to build up and hopefully My body strengthens up and fights it off.
It absolutely sucks that sh*t like this has to happen for us to listen to our penises.

I feel ya, same exact symptons, about a year now or more. Treated for slight urinary track infection, sensation went away for about 3 days. No other issuses found by my doctor. I also have the ibs and am pretty sure that is putting pressure on my bladder and causeing the sensation. Going to try taking the fiber therapy pills and probiotics and see what happens. The pain in my lower abdomen seems to flare whenever I eat bread, but who knows. I am 43 and have been pretty healthy all my life.
