just had conventional hemmoridectomy 5 days ago, pain is realy unbearable specially in first 3 days, first BM was worse, i lmost past out, this recovery got to be abnormal, my surgeon is a total jerk , didn't explain anyone of them !
also had some urinary retention, after study tones of medical journal starting to us Diltiazem cream and EMLA cream , has been much better now, still sore but at least i can sleep @ night. any body else has other experience ?
