I have been diagnosed with a Urinary Tract Infection, however I have no problen passing urine or any of the other symptoms. What I do have is a constant pain in my stomache (this pain often hightness to a point where i find it difficult to stand) and diarrhoea following anything I eat. I now am not eating, and when I do my body just doen't let it settle. Is a UTI the correct diagnosis?
Hi there, I think that a UTI would be an accurate description as the pain can move up to your stomach. It also sounds like you may have IBS or something else along those lines. Can you let me know how you're doing? Thanks!

I am now convinced that it was a UTI and have taken antibiotics to help. The diarrhoea and general unwell feeling has gone, and the pain in my stomache has subsided some what. My doctor sent a sample away but I have no word of IBS. I think if I have an altered bowel habit again then I will definately look into that.
All in all I am doing much better.
