could i have early menapause after partial hystorectomy

im 44 years old and had my hystorectomy about 10 yrs ago have started to have hot flushes sleepness nights. tired alot and mood swings and being tearfull just wondered if this was the start of the menapause as i still have my ovaries not had a period since opp and if this is what should i do about it or should i see my GP thanks
