My boyfriend and I both agreed to not have sex but at least foreplay with one another. My period will be 3 weeks late. we havent had sex and he usually precums but no where near the genitals. I think It is from stress. Or your cycle can be changing to the end or begining of the month. If u are 3 werks late I would take a PT in a couple of days just to be safe than sorry.
