I am a frequent masturbator (1-2) times a day. A few weeks ago i took a 1-and-a-half week break from masturbating. During that time i developed a lump on the shaft if my penis. I tried squeezing it and blood came out from a few spots. The lump is about one cm in diameter and feels hard underneath the surface. Is there any way to treat this?
