How to reduce Sebcaceous Glands

I have suffered from sebaceous glands on my penis for almost 5 years now and I have learned that squeezing them doesn't help, I used to squeeze them before I knew I was going to have sex so that girls wouldn't notice them so much but this only imflames them and can cause infection.

I have been to the doctors 3 times only to be turned away because they are 'perfectly normal' and 'natural', well no matter how normal they are I don't like the look of them and they affect my self confidence majorly, I havent told my girlfriend of over a year about them and do everything to hide them from her noticing.

I have tried lots to get rid of them, including toothpaste (which burns your penis and makes the skin peel off and hurt) I've tried squeezing them like hell but all this does it make it worse. I have found that tea tree oil is the best as it is an antibacterial agent known for antiseptic healing propertys, however pure tea tree oil has similar side effects to toothpaste, and having peeling skin all over your penis is worst than the sebecaeous glands themselves.

The way I reduced my symptoms of my squeezable pussing ones is as follows, there is no way that im aware of to get rid of ones that don't secrete the white stuff.

You'll need:

A flannel, have one just for your penis for hygiene reasons

A Tea Tree oil wash (I use the superdry one which is £1.05)

A Tea tree oil Moisturiser (not essential but skin can become slightly dry)

Method:

First take a flannel and run under very hot water (not painfully hot but the hotter the better)

Next wrap the hot water soaked flannel around your penis, and reapply more hot water to flannel when it becomes cool. Keep your penis wrapped anywhere from 5-15 minutes. This will loosen the secreeting liquid and open pores in your penis.

If there are any very prodominant sebaceous glands then VERY gently squeeze some of the puss out, because it has been loosened it will not require hard squeezing and the tea tree wash will reduce risk of infection.

Then apply the Tea tree cream following the instructions on the bottle and wash off with cold water (which will close pores reducing the amount of dirt that can get in)

Once washed you can apply a small amount of the Tea Tree cream wash onto the penis and leave there, (wash off immediately if you have a strong burning sensation or if your about to meet your girl)

Repeat morning and night unless your penis becomes sore or irritated, in this case prolong treatment until it is no longer sore.

If penis skin becomes dry then apply the Tea Tree Moisturiser, which will treat at the same time whilst replenising moisture to your skin.

Symptoms will most likely return a few weeks after finishing the treatment so its best to have this as part of your routine as you would cleaning your teeth.

Please let me know if this has helped you,

All the best,

Tom

Good day there. It really depends on the place where this cyst is. In some cases, the doctor may require a sebaceous cyst removal, while in some cases, this problem can just go away. I am not sure what the best is.  I do agree that natural methods are way better than anything else, but you also need to know that it takes a time until they start to work. They usually happen to the people who have an oily skin, so there is one step ahead - go to the dermatologist and try to find a good solution for your oily skin.
