I have pain in my scrotum and testicles, and over the past 2 weeks, a purple / dark line has started to appear on the backside of my penis. this is NOT the raphe, as I am very aware of how my penis looks and what it is supposed to look like. This line is completely new, and extends from almost at the top of my foreskin down to a bit over the ball-sack. It does not go in a straight line, and looks more like a discolored vein. But it is not elevated. The line appeared about the same time the pain in my balls did. I have been prescribed Dalacin antibiotics by the doctor, believing this was a infection of some sort, but he did not even look at it! I have a doctors appointment at a urologist in 4 days, but the pain is really starting to become a problem. I found no information or similar cases anywhere on the web, So I am just wondering if anyone knows what this may be? And if the antibiotics will help? Thanks.
