I have very bad dry skin and the only time it gets worst is around the winter time so I use everything my determationist tells me to use to help it from itching and patching but had a minor cold sore on the side of mouth and I starting using blistex now my lips are dark and its really Annoying because I'm too light for this is their anyway someone.can help me cure this please?
