I decided to try with Detox Diet. I’ve heard that is quite effective, but I also heard that some women experienced side effects from this program, like headaches, slight nausea, poor concentration, skin rashes or chilliness. I need some information before I start with this and I was hoping that I can give some answers here.
1. What days are good to start this diet?
2. How long should I stay on this Detox diet?

Hello, I can give you those answers. I do occasionally detox diet, but only for 24 hour, although I know some people who are on diet for a week or two.
1. What days are good to start this diet? –Well, if you are in dilemma between Monday and Friday, I think Friday is good day to begin because the first two days of diet you are relaxing at home.
2. How long should I stay on this Detox diet? - Like I said, one week is a good start, but if you feel you can try with two. You should consult a qualified health care practitioner if you have a terminal or malignant illness, before you start.

3. What happens after the Detox diet? –After you are detoxicated many of the foods that were eliminated during this diet can be allergenic.A natural health practitioner can help to systematically reintroduce food groups and note reactions to identify the food groups that may be aggravating health conditions. A natural health practitioner can help design a long-term dietary plan. The purpose is to maximize health and well-being and prevent disease.
