Not sure if this person is still here... am suffering a similar but already 9 year back problem... desperate for a solution. Am trying vitafon from someone but no result after a week, it seems I need more patience..
In the UK, London where I live one can buy Vitafon almost exclusively on EBay, as I did. I have Vitafon 2. Otherwise, there is no service at all. My V2 has extremely loose connections between the main appliance and double vibrofones, they constantly fall off. Recently one of the dblvibrifines stopped working after only 2 weeks of use. I have no option to repair it in the UK. The servis companies registered in London by Russians ceased to work since 2011. Now I have an expensive and lengthy option to use the Polish distributor’s repairs in Warsaw. I have no idea how to access a British user’s forum which may advise me what to do because Google does not list it. It’s no good to know other European countries service facilities. I suppose I should not grumble much because this is the trend today to stop any healing options other than big pharma’s.
