On march 22 my boyfriend and I had sex. Our condom broke. However, he didn't ejaculate at all! We got scared and within an hour or so we went to a pharmacy and he got me Plan B... I was on my period second to last day of my period. Now what's worrying me is that I haven't gotten my period and I am scared! Does anyone know why?

A very common side effect of Plan B is that your next SEVERAL periods can be early or late and heavier or lighter than usual.
It is unlikely you are pregnant.
You can always take a home test is you wish but the timing, near the end of your period, was likely just a bit early for you to get pregnant.
