Hi, I am 24 years old and I am training body building. I know it is very healthy to drink at lease 2 liters water per day but I would like to know which one is better and where is difference between still and sparkling water. If someone knows something more about this feel free to tell me.
Hi, there are several opinions about difference between still and sparkling water. Some people say that sparkling water is better for digestive system which may be very good for body building. Also on the other side some people say that sparkling water may cause stone in gall bladder and urinary system. However it is upon you to decide which water you will choose.
Hi Trumann,
Sparkling water is consisted with carbon dioxide (that is why the water is full of bubbles). Now the thing with sparkling water is that in many cases it contains nutrients and salts.
The main concern with sparkling water is bone density, as some questions have been raised if sparkling water has negative effect on bone density. As I know there have been some cases but this is extremely rare. Also tooth decay is one more concern. Still water doesn’t have effect on teeth, but some say that sparkly water dissolves teeth much faster then still water.
We might even say that sparkling water has become more popular then still water now days. But we all know we can’t live without still water.
