I am on DILTIA XT 180mg capsules, a calcium channel blocker, for few days only. I had chest pain and problems with blood pressure, so I am on DILTIA XT 180mg therapy. The problem is that I think I am experiencing side effects of the meds. I have constant headache from the second day of the therapy. What are the side effects of DILTIA XT?
