Well, black discharge from a nipple is certainly not normal and you need to see a doctor to figure out why this is happening. Something may be the matter if the discharge comes from one breast only and if it occurs without stimulation.
There are a few possible causes like an infection-the breast is usually tender and painful, it could be from the benign tumors within breasts or from cysts.
