Neck collars should only be worn for around 2 hours each day ur best bet would be gentle neck exercises and gentle massages through out the day to keep the vertigo and other pain away

Your making a complete fool of yourself! My back was TOAST for 30 years. I was supposed to be in a wheelchair for the rest of my life. 30 years of medical treatment did absolutely nothing! I've been seeing a chiropractor now for 5 years and within the first 6 months my back was 90% better! KNOW what your talking about before opening your mouth and inserting your foot!

Our son had this same issue (dizzy spells, eye movements, neck co trol ussues) and was diagnosed finally with vestibular migraine. He is on cyproheptadine which is helping immensely but for adults amitriptyline is the gold standard. FYI with vestibular migraine there is often no headache, just dizziness. It us often brought on by a virus or lots of traveling, especially in planes. Something about the pressure change.
