Good day sir/madam, my findings when i apply abroad in a clinic first attempt pneumonitis, i took 3 tablet of antibacterial for medication the second is residual fibrosis upper right lobe, the doctor unfit me with the work and country im assign for.. I go for a second oppion and heres the finding:- there is no evidence of active paraenchymal infiltrates.-cardiomediastinal silhoutte does not appear enlarged.-Aorta, trachea, diagphragm and sinuses are unremarkable.-included osseous structures and soft tissues are intact..this x-ray is for Chest PA and abroad uses Chest apicolordotic view.. thus it has any implications of residual fibrosis upper right lobe with the result given by Chest PA?   Thank You and Godbless..

Hi Nedes,

I replied to your other post.

Basically, there is nothing in the report you posted to indicate that there is any evidence of scarring (fibrosis).

The apicolordotic and PA (posterior-anterior) x-rays are just images from different angles.  The apicolordotic images the tops, the apex, of the lungs better.

Everything else, your heart, trachea, structures, all appear normal.

What is residual changes right apex? I'm worried about this. I completely finished my 6-months treatment 2 years ago.
