Hi my name is Jessica , and Im 16 . My left breast is very hard and I feel something thats large and round inside . It dosent itch , hurt , or burn . But it makes my left breast a cup size bigger than my right . What can this be?

It doesn't have to be breast cancer.
During puberty, hormone levels are very high and that can change the feeling. It is also possible that you could develop cysts during adolescence. Normally these resolve themselves.
Some size difference is normal as well.
Discuss this with your mother if you feel comfortable doing so, or your doctor.
