I'm 15 and I have a lump behind my left nipple and my right one has nothing it's just normal and I'm a little scared and don't know what I could be. But when I touch it dosent hurt but if I push on it will hurt. Help

15 and a male, correct?
It's very common for a male to have some lumps during puberty. There are also lymph nodes near the glands so you could be feeling one of them.
Ask you doctor to check them at your next appointment. I don't think it is serious and likely they will resolve on their own.
