I need your help. About two weeks ago I had casual contact with someone I just met at a night club. We had no sex, just heavy kissing and she rubbed my underwear. Now, I have ear aches/itching, swollen lymph glands (behind ears) some nausea and trouble sleeping at night. My appetite is moderate. I have been waking up the last few nights with some sweat - not alot. I don't have mouth sores or diarrhea. I met with my doctor and he told me I was fine. Is this coincidental? Anxiety? or do I have an underlying disease.
Why do you think you had contracted hiv? There wasn’t any oral sex, was there?
Only mouth to mouth exchange fluids with no mouth sores?

The reason I am replying is because I had similar symptoms when I had sex with a girl I picked up. I was so wasted that I didn’t even remember whom I’ve been with. Some days after night sweats and insomnia started. I was tripping hard. I was so confused for days until my sister made me run some tests. I had to pay a lot of money to take the test.
I was tested negative but I am about to repeat it in six months time (now four).

What kind of tests did your doctor run?

I reckon you are just anxious because of the stranger you made out with.
Do you take condom when you go out clubbing?

I'm HIV+ for 19 years. Why am I losing hair and having canker sores and kidney stones after all this time?
