Do i need to be concerned? perhaps glandular fever?

Hello, 5 days ago i was at my new girlfriends house and she mentioned in passing that she had recuring glandular fever. This was quite a strange thing to say out of the blue. So yesterday i got a lump in my groin that could be a pimple because it had a small amount of puss in it. i also have a lump on my buttox which feels like a pimple although it does not have puss in it. at the same time i have a small white spot under my tongue that is sore!
