I need answer on one question. I am listening a lot about proteins. Everybody say that we should use it in great amounts when we workout. They say that we need energy for work. But don't I use proteins in regular meals? Do we really need high protein intake or it is just commercial?

I don't know how long you are exercise but you must know some things better. Depending of your daily meals you take some amount of proteins from food. But if you are doing workouts in order to build up your muscles, then it is not enough. Muscles are building by proteins, and if you don't have it enough you can exercise as much as you want and you will achieve nothing.
