If you currently don't have any small plastic travel containers, you can easily find a set of 4-6 for about $4 at your local supermarket. Foil and plastic wrap can also be great allies in transporting food to and from work.

I won't eat leftover unless i can heat it up. Yeast and bacteria start landing on your food the moment your food is exposed to the air around it. To prevent this bacteria from entering your body & feeding yeast in your gut, either heat the food up to kill any bacteria OR eat something fresher :)
