Actually, it is possible for our body to be acidic. It's called acidosis, look it up. If it occurs for a prolonged period of time, it can cause damage to organs and result in death if your blood pH drops too low.

Then you're lying , because to get into program, you need more than 90 bucks. I'm into my 2nd week, lost 7 lbs, my sugar level normalized that if I take my diabetic pill, my sugar level go low, my bp is now good. Just from losing 7 lbs in 2 weeks.

I just started a week ago and I feel great! Yeah its not like drinking an ice cream shake, but its not too bad. I think your problem is your attitude. If you go into anything with a shitty outlook, then you will get shitty results. If you have been paying someone $50 an hr to train you for a year and only lost 10 lbs., you have more to be mad about. Ultimately, its about better health.

I had to post! Im so sick of people on the internet with their dumb ass comments. Everyone is an expert because they have a platform to be heard. Just do you thing and if it works great! If it doesnt, then do something different until you find what gets your big ass smaller.

I'm 9 days into the 30 day cleanse and I have seen no positive results. My weigh is the same since i started and i feel hungry all the time.

It seems as if you have not tried it yet! I went from 215 to 175 in 3 months and boy do I feel great I go out and eat to places without stopping myself as if i was on a diet cause this is not a diet helps you make better eating choices and of course I take my usual 1 hour walk a day :-)

I started Monday May 15 on my second cleanse day and I am down 10lb according to my scale.

I have stuck with the 600 calorie meal a day as well as walking an 1 hour a day

I'm surprised at all the negative comments, perhaps they gave up on the system because it can be quite difficult if you're not used to cleansing your system of toxins (which is great for your body) please look at intermittent fasting.

I have done the 30 day system several times and have reached my goal each time. I've lost a substantial amount of weight and kept it off. You eat healthy on it and the shakes are delicious especially the kosher vanilla- it's not as sweet and I add blueberry into it.

I don't sell the product so I'm not advertising, but all I will say, is make sure you go in with the right mindset, and dedicate to the program. You will 100% see results!

I agree with you 100%! Trying eating a "Whole Foods" diet and get the same amount of nutrition CONSISTENTLY. That gets really expensive...ugh. Not to mention so time consuming with the freakin' prepping

Personally I isaGenex works for me I've done it two times the first time I lost 17 pounds in a month I did not take the Excelerator because it made me edgey. I only did two cleanse days in that month because I hated the liquid cleanse . I have now begun the program again it was a little slower losing weight this time I've been on it for three months . I've lost approximately 20 pounds now I have been doing the cleanse days because I bought the powder instead of the liquid bottles I use a 32 ounce mason jar of water with my little teaspoon of powder If I dilute that fruit stuff I can take the flavor just fine . So I do the cleanse days but i usually cheat a little . When I do my shake I dilute them too I only use one scoop . When I eat my meal midday I'm a vegetarian but I occasionally eat meat maybe once a month .
The only products I use are the shake kosher, cleanse, the tabs, and the ionix supreme. When I dilute a shake I can have more shakes and I get a lot of fluid and that is very good .

I have been on Isagenix for 6 months and love it. It is expensive, but so is a gym. That 300 dollars I should 10 a day and covers 2 meals. If you can't afford it great. After your initial investment it drop a down to about 225 a month. I have lost 22 pounds and many inches. Went from a size 14 to an 8/10. I love Isagenix.
