Isagenix works! You have to follow it as outlined in the program or it will not work. My friends and I did it together and my friend and I followed it exactly as directed and I lost 15 lbs and he lost almost 20. Our friends drank alcohol a few nights and only followed when they felt like it and they only lost 2 or 3 lbs. each and were mad about the results and felt like they wasted their money . My thought process was it’s only 9 days, and I felt amazing afterwards and fit in clothes I haven’t been able to in years. I’m actually doing it right now and into day 3 and already feel better and less bloated.
I do recommend this product!

I appreciate your heartfelt tribute to this program. As a biochemist and certified spinning and insanity instructor, I am
Skeptical of any program that makes people believe that you must buy products and live in shakes to maintain a healthy weight. I have tried this program for 2 weeks. I’m a healthy weight and don’t eat refined foods at all. In fact I’m strictly paleo. These shakes taste awful and they make me feel sick. Aside from the chalky taste, I’m nauseated and my heart races. When I contacted the company to report my side effects, they were quite chaste until I informed that I formerly worked for the FDA consumer division and know they are still obligated to take this seriously. There is no quick fix. And you don’t have to subscribe to a 300$+ program to be at your ideal weight. Don’t believe the hype.

Well, After 3 weeks in I have been totally exhausted all the time. I had a blood test done and found my iron and vitamin D levels were off the charts low. I wish I could say I have amazing weight loss to show for it, but sadly I have noticed no changes. Very sad experience. Will ask for my money back.

Hi! I don't know if you're still considering this, but I've been on it since December. I struggle with a health condition, and I can honestly say I feel SO much better using these products. They have worked well with my body's chemistry. To the point that when I stop using their products, I genuinely can tell. Upfront, it seems kind of expensive. But think of it this way... How much do you spend eating out? How much do you spend on groceries? How much are you spending on meds? Each month after the start up month, if you continue, you can plan for about 4 canisters a month to continue the 2 meal replacements a day until you are at your weight loss goal. So, multiply the cost of a canister by 4 to get the ongoing cost while you're loosing weight. Then, do the math for your own budget to see if it would be worth it in the long term. For me, I no longer am spending almost $120/month on meds, still having not yet found the right thing to really help me manage my condition. I don't need the meds anymore because of the difference these products have made in my life. So, that alone has made up the cost... Not to mention, I'm not eating out as much and saving money on my grocery bill. So, just look at it in the full scope of things. If you've tried it, I would love to hear how it's going for you! :) Feel free to message me with any questions. ALSO, I saw you mention the gym... Included in the cost of membership, they have work out regimens and stuff the post each week and such to help people out. They help you to not only change your diet habits (their goal is to get you eating healthier from what I've seen in the company. They don't want you on their shakes for life. The shakes are to help you to get to the weight you want to maintain. :) They offer tons of advice about shopping in grocery stores, cooking healthier, etc. I have really loved the company as a whole so far! I have two friends who have been using their products with their own families for YEARS. I decided to finally give it a go, and I am so thankful I did. The weight loss was just a bonus for me... I feel SO much better! :) ) but to get and stay healthy through exercise, being wise about product lists, etc. :) So, it's a commitment, but the best lifestyle commitment I've made to date. :)

Hi Connie! Do you have any specific questions about the program you are considering with Isa? I would love to help. I started feeling results in the first 2 weeks, and seeing results within the first month. This is my 5th month on the products, and about a month or two ago is when my hubby also began to compliment the changes. :) Haha If you're looking for just their protein powder, they're comparable to a lot of others as far as price goes. Not too expensive for 2 meals a day for an entire week (Under $40/week, 2 meals each day? Yes please! That breaks down to less than $2.85 a meal). But yeah. Best wishes with whatever you decide! :)
