If you use the standard Latex condoms like Trojan its more of a 99.9% as nothing is "Perfectly perfect". Thats about as close as you can get though, aside from the use of Birth control AND Condoms. Thats like 99.99%! :-P
Condoms are probably your best bet if you don't have access to Birth control and for you? pretty much 100% so long as they don't break (which is rare in its own so no worries.)
