Dude I have researched a lot on the vit b. Being b12 spefically. So the thing about it is no doctor in my area knows scratch about it. They know it as energy boosting effect only and give to old people. I did shots 2 months ago maybe that's why I recovered to about 90 percent for more than 20 days. But I guess the fasting and stressful activities during fast got my system empty again. You can try shots too if you get a doctor to do. On the first shot your sysmptoms will likely disappear but after the second they will become worse. Why because all of your dead and damaged neevres regardless of the penis will awaken and send pain signals to the brain that we need repairing. So be ready for that. Consistency is the key here. And one thing do remember. You must take potassium supplement with it. Eat banana everyday and foods high in potassium and magnesium . milk generally does the work. But in our case we are avoiding that. B12 makes your blood cells multiply New cells are formed rapidly with the shots and you will become deficient in other minerals and stuff. So do take multivaimtns too. I did not know about the pottasim before so I had terrible side effects like rapid heart beat and dixzines which took almost month to clear. Although the injections are more effective route. I would recommend you the oral route. That is taking sublingual b12 orally. I'm not a doctor you should consult a doctor about the injections if possible. Please remember the oral route is slow and steady and safe. The injections are fast but may have side effects. The missing piece which doesn't fit into b12 is why is there a bad reaction to milk substances or whey for the purpose. Still can't figure that out. Unless we were intolerant to dairry in the first place and taking whey in large amount amplified our immune response.

As i said to you i went to 2 drs both specialized in ED and brain nerve disorder both didnt give me an aswer except to do MRI and penile doppler test and tons of medicines

I did the vitb12 test today the result is the day after tomorrow defiently i will tell you once i get the resulta till now i didnt the medicine the drs prescribed to me and after a week i have my penis doppler test

I have just found this on a site too. Studying about whey olowder. Whey protein which is a dairy isolate can be highly inflammatory and tends to contain tryptophan in excess leading to high serotonin. Wait for result and consult your doctor. 10mcg is too little. When you take b12 orally only 10% gets absorbed so of 10mcg only 1mcg will get absorbed and that will not repair any damage or make any difference.

I sticked to your word i started to take vitb12 once daily its allowed to take 3 daily but i took one for safety and guess what.....
The morning erection is more stronger i feel me penis some how fresh the errction is even better only with 3 pills of vitb12
I dont know what is the relation but i think its nerve issue now rather than a blood issue
I will start increase the dose the next week
I canceled my dopller penis test to see my vitb12 test first but now nothing neew
I will goo to make the penile test and update you

Bro vitamin b 12 is needed in making neurotransmitter dopamine and serotonin. This is the root cause according to me. If it was only dopamine etc imbalance then we wouldn't have numbness in hand and other symptoms. And you your self are saying your erections got stronger and fresher. Tskr as much a b12 as you can as they are no upper limmits according to research as excess is excreted through urine .And please share your b12 results with me. Then I will tell you if they are really normal or docs don't touch normal
