I think I have found the answer. It is a methylation block. Look it up. We need to restore our methylation. There are several protocols on how to do it. Start slow as they may have start up effects like free protoco amy yasako etc. Whey protein may cause a methylation block in people with even slightest allergies to milk. It is responsible for dna repariying and activating and deactovitng which means it can activiate inactive allergies. Basically methylfolate methylcobalamin and potassium supplementation is required. I don't think we are methylating at all. Or it is very impaired at least. First time I took the b12 shot everything was fixed for a while. Well 2 weeks approximately. Next time the shot did not have the same effect because I had become deficient in something else. My guess is methyl folate because I don't eat veges my major food intake is was chicken food. And I had mild lactose intolerance when I was an infant but that fixed after i grew up. So that has returned I guess that's why any intolerance or inactive allergies become. I would recommend to avoid the shots at all cause because after 2 393rd shot I became defcient in other things and man my symptoms became really worse. Becaue too much too sudden. You need to look for a naturopath or someone who specialize in methylation and b12 if you can find anywhere in your area. Docs in my place know nothing and deny it. I read on specific site of b12 defeicncy on a blog listings all our symptoms including no orgasms no pleasure from sex low libido impotence etc. And another thread that specifically stated to avoid what protein as it cause a block in methylation. Didn't post why though. Feed protocol seems to be popular with people. But do research and contact any doc with knowledge related to this.

Tell him that now when we take something with whey like powdered milk or cheap ice cream or cheese or we get set backs. I know for a fact that when I was just an infant milk used to give me diarhea but that was cured. But after this event as milk or things effect our penis like that may mean an allergic reaction or intolerance of some sort. It was very tolerable before and no ed from it before. Tell him about the numbness and tingli g in hands and feet. My mind dog cleared up as soon as I took the b tablets. But the tingling and pins needle is still there. And you are right it could have been over methylation too. Since at first I had a feeling of being satisfied too much but then that turned into I guess no nethywtion at all since I started kinda feeling depressed no serotonin or dopamine at all. And now my body doesn't produce ephropedine which is the feel good chemical /Neuro transmitters your body release after exercise or running. I don't feel that either. Okay during the past 2 weeks
I have been to 2 drs specialized in nerve and brain disorders and the other one specialzied in ED and urologists
The nerve and brain disoder examined me as i was insisiting that i have autonomic neroparhy coz all the symtpoms we have is the same symtpoms of autonmoic neuropathu he told me NO and told me to make MRI on brain unfortunately i went to make it but i was fraid didnt do i i scared too much next time i will take sedadtive
The other dr who specializes in ED told me to make doppler penis test after one week .
But when i expressed to him what i feel he told me all these are sycological but he prescribed me 7 drugs
4 are vitamens the other are testerone,SSRI, and other drug to antagonize the effect of testerone
Till now dont know what to do but i will decide after finishing the MRI on brain
Yea i said to him about the methylation he told me yes maybe because of these thats why he prescribed SSRI to increase the serotonin
