Hey guys.
Just logging in for my progress. i been away from any cheese, butter n milk products. No amino acids. Just taking omega 3, folic acid 5mg a day. Not quite a change yet tho. But getting alil emotions and alil sex arousal from porn n gazing at hotties. But cant get full erection yet. It sucks. I been thinking about taking super amino again. Last time when taking super amino, getting my full hard erection for a few weeks as i posted here u guys know. But after that cheesy rice, all taken back again, so i stopping taking amino too. Coz i thought that was one cause tho. Should i take the risks n try taking again. It contains whey, casein.

The theory:
if we eat certain kind of protien or too much protien we set back. The reason may be excess homocystine as pointed out by some Dr in this forum. This also reduces our libido.
With 5MTHR(easily digestable folic acid), b12 and b6 homocystine levels reduces. However, libido level stays reduced. We have to do both together. Reduce homocystine and increase libido.
For reduction of homocystine: 5MTHR, b12. It helps for sure.
You have to give it at least 1-2 weeks to work. Not sure abt b6.
To Increase libido : zinc, mg, vit d, cholestrol. Plus food increasing libido.
It will take time to show improvement, don't take more then recommended dosage of supplements. They may mess up.
Slow and steady wins the race.
Proof : I definitely feel better with above approach. Better erection and better feeling.
Future: i am not very sure if we can ever achieve the earlier life with very strong erections and whenever we want. But we can be close.
Just beware of high dosage of any supplement. You can not be cured in a day.

I tried what the dr of this forum said nothing happened i feel little better i tried this for a whole month and nothing is new

vit b12 and folic is not the answer you are feeling good coz of folic aid which increase the synthesis of dopamine in your blood
I will wait for my test for another month
I pray to god that the dopamin is the issue coz if it doesnt it meas that we are all will stuck forwver in theese sh!t
