Don't take the amino acids with anything else, take them on their own to be sure it's the aminos that are fixing it, otherwise people will think it's vitamins etc etc

Yesterday my libido went back to zero.

This is B, I've been the one that has been saying this problem that we have is because of dopamine. I think the whey messed us up, and caused our dopamine levels to fall, and in some ways our serotonin to increase. It's almost like the side effects that people get when they go on anti-depressants. I've mentioned that macuna pruiens is an herb that increases dopamine, but it can have side effects. Some people are currently taking tests to see where their dopamine levels are at, and are waiting for their results. I'm not sure how accurate those tests are though. I'm pretty sure our problem is either low dopamine, dopamine receptors that need to be resensitized. Try to fix dopamine with diet and weightlifting with moderate cardio. If those things don't work, then maybe see a doctor so he can't recommend something that can't assist in increasing dopamine.

I was taking Whey and Creatine for about 2 months before a work out (working out almost every day) it actually made my libido go through the roof by the end of the work out. Recently I quit taking both of them because its now very difficult to get 'stimulated' and I have incomplete erections (taking the Whey and Creatine no longer boasts my libido as it did) my scrotum is also 'dry to the touch' - I read somewhere that creatine at least can block enzymes in the kidneys and liver and block signals to the brain. I got tested for STD and it came up clean.. I don't know I'm kind stressing out here.

Guyz yes am AAA am still waiiting it i was supposed to recieve the results 4 days ago but there were alot of precautions i should follow berfore doing the test like fasting 6 hrs and not to take any coffee or tea or eating even bananas but the assisstant didnt tell me that soo i have to wait again for more accurate results the doctor said

What kind of anti-depressants did you take? Was it the most common type, which is the one which raises serotonin? If that's the case, then those types of anti-depressants would make your situation worse. What I suspect you and most of us have is low dopamine, high serotonin caused by the whey. When you take the anti-depressants, you increased your serotonin even more and lowered your dopamine even more. That's why you feel like Zero. If you tried a anti-depressant like wellbutrin, which raises dopamine, then you probably would have had positive results. Btw, I've been talking about dopamine/serotonin for a while now, you should re-read what I've said before so I don't have to keep repeating myself. B

I found some blogs that suggest like it is just messing up with our hormones like dopamine and serotonin yah. As B said, yah it maybe high serotonin and low dopamine. All the symptons r exactly like us. But u know all the guys r like, some raise dopamine, some lower and some may raise serotonin too. We cant manage everythinh we eat tho. Every food got its effects. Yes b i read what you posted yes unfortantely it was selective serotnonie reuptake inhibitors SSRI and i felt more than dumb the last week but am now on folic acid whenever i take the morning wood comes
I stoped the drug after one day use and now am waiitng or the test and i have took all the precautions waiting for the test
And now my sleep is not very good i wake up in the middle and no sleep after that
Am more than sure that the test will indicates something morethan sure now

I have just aksed one of my drs in college how to interact the serotnine in blood without any drugs he told me to supplemt yourself with branched chain amino acid leucine and isoleucine and valine these are naturally serotonine antagonist
You may feel good due to this reason and am thinking to try this !!!
