Hi, I am 13 years old and have been working out for about 3 months now. I am 5 ft 4 and 115 pounds. I am not fat or skinny but do want to get some more muscle built on me. My Dad and grandpas are all around 5ft10-6ft. I have grown atleast a couple of inches since I started but have noy hit my big growth spurt yet. I really want to keep working out but if I stay at this heaight were I am know it will really suck. What should I do Pleas be honest and help. P.S. The last little while like 2-3 weeks looks like I havnt grown much.
