I am asking this because I heard that this is not the best way of life. I heard that professionals have some difficulties afterwards. Is this true?
Well, in a way it is true. This is not some kind of a rule, but sometimes professional athletes don't work out anymore with intensity they should do that. They may become overweight and then their health is not that good. Sometimes it is not the case. When you finish your career you should still work out but you should decrease the intensity of your training gradually. That is about it. I hope that this answer will please you.
