Hi. I'm 46 years and when could I describe me in a one word I thing that gourmand will be that word.
So, using diet that forbids eating could not help me. Believe me; I have tried several and none of them reduced my weight.
Just the other day I have heard about some new and pretty strange diet called Don Lemmon diet. Supposedly, this diet is about eating what ever you want end still loosing weight.
Is this true?

This is so called- all food program. You learn to eat whatever you want and use that to your advantage in getting shaped.
This diet is about one fact- all it takes is keeping certain foods away from others at some meals.
There is one thing you should know- during first couple of days of using this diet results maybe will not be visible because your body is releasing and liberate it self from toxic waste you have accumulated.
But after some time, you will be more than happy with the results.
